Little Shop of Horrors, music by Alan Menken and lyrics by Howard Ashman

The story follows Seymour Krelborn, a meek flower shop assistant on Skid Row, who discovers a mysterious and rapidly growing plant he names Audrey II. As the plant brings fame and fortune to the struggling shop, Seymour soon learns that his plant has a sinister appetite for human blood. The musical cleverly blends 1960s-style rock and doo-wop with themes of ambition, love, and the consequences of making Faustian bargains, all wrapped in a campy, horror-comedy package.
